Return & Refund Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Quality Science Labs. If you need to return or exchange an item, the information below will help guide you through the process.

RETURNS
We accept returns of unused kits that are in original condition and original packaging within 45 days of customer receipt. A valid proof of purchase (such as the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required for all returns. If, under certain circumstances, we choose to accept a return that is older than 45 days, it is subject to a restocking fee.

Certain kits with perishable items, including but not limited to the AP Biology kit and any kit with Brine Shrimp, are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Before sending any items back, please contact us so we can assist you and ensure your return is processed correctly. Returns received without prior contact may experience delays in processing or may be ineligible for a refund.

When preparing your return:
• Please include the original packing slip or invoice inside the shipping box, or clearly write the invoice number or purchase order (PO) number on the outside of the shipping box (not on the product box).
• Be sure the return address label includes “Attn: Returns.”

EXCHANGES
If we sent the wrong product (our error):
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for the incorrect kit, and the correct item will be shipped promptly with no additional shipping charges.

If the wrong product was ordered (customer error):
We can exchange unused kits that are in original condition and original packaging, following the same eligibility requirements as returns. In this case:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the replacement kit.
• Any price difference between the original kit and the replacement kit will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Please contact us before sending items back so we can confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees, within a reasonable processing period.

SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return or exchange is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
